Desc.: The b ke lane on Victoria st from Vivian to Abel Smith St has a bunch of rubble in it, especially outside the Counter Culture
bar. Ive mentioned this before and was assured that this was hand swept after a regular sweep of the road. From what it looks
like and has in the past, it looks like its build up of many days of sweeping the road which just sweeps it to the side of the road
aka the cycle lane. Bit of a shame as the council was adamant that the contractors definitely hand swept this area regularly,
but it appears not. Im also not sure if your auditing process checks cycle ways at all, or just roadways. Would be great to see
the council look out for cycle road users more given the first issue above was an oversight on cyclists.
