Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 15 January 2019 requesting the pedestrian 
crossing timings for 31 intersections in the Auckland City Centre. 
Please find attached a copy of the pedestrian crossing timings for the intersections 
requested. We would like to note that the data in the spreadsheet is in a different format to 
that presented in the Auckland Council Report as we were unable to substantiate how the 
Auckland Council Report data was calculated with regards to total walk time and red time. If 
you would like specifics regarding this report, we recommend that you contact the authors at 
Auckland Council. 
We trust this information has addressed the matters raised however you have the right in 
accordance with section 27(3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings 
Act 1987 (LGOIMA) to make a complaint to the Of ice of the Ombudsman if you are not 
satisfied with our response.
