Please note that we have elected to remove personal identifiers from this spreadsheet in order to 
protect the privacy of those people referred to in the attached document (this affects complainants 
and staff members below management level).

This information has been withheld in accordance with section 7(2)(a) of the Local Government 
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (the Act) on the ground that withholding the 
information is necessary to protect the privacy of natural persons. 
We have considered whether the public interest in the requested information outweighs GWRC’s 
need to withhold personal identifiers from this spreadsheet.  As a result, we do not consider that the 
public interest outweighs GWRC’s reason for withholding the information under the ground 
identified above.
