I  refer  to your  email  of 11  March 2019 in  which you  request  the  following under  the  Official 
Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
"I would like to  know the name of Trade  commissioners of Guanzhou,  Beijing, 
Shanghai,  Hongkong  from the past  10  years,  also  their  bio or CV would  be  great.  "
The  information  to  which  your  request  relates  is  more  closely  connected  with  the  role  of 
New  Zealand  Trade  and  Enterprise.  Therefore  your  request  has  been  transferred  to  them  in 
accordance with  the provisions of  section 14 of the OIA. 
You  have  the  right  under  section  28(3)  of  the  OIA  to  seek  a  review  of  this  decision  by  the 
Ombudsman.
