It's disappointing that Corrections has chosen to use an inaccessible format, and released this information as an image-based PDF. If you wish to avoid such responses in the future, be aware that s16(2) of the OIA requires agencies to release information in the way preferred by the person requesting it unless they have a good reason not to, so you can ask that they provide the information in an accessible format that allows text to be searched, selected, and copied.
I see Corrections has refused to release information on the number of complaints made about corrections officers that are still under investigation.
That information would clearly fall within the scope of this request, but Corrections has not provided a good reason under the OIA for their refusal to release this information.
I believe you would be justified to lay a complaint with the Office of the Ombudsman regarding this.
