In the minutes of the 18th April 2019 Waitakere Ranges Local Board meeting there was an item headed: Approval of local park track closures in the Waitakere Ranges Local Board area: File no: CP 2019/04541.
In paragraph 15 there is a diagram showing the timeline to reopen these tracks. Reference is made in this diagram to key External Stakeholders. I would like to know who they are and how they were selected.
