An overview of all complaints the ministry received for Al-Madinah school
over the last 10 years (2008-2018) and also a list of all investigations
the ministry undertook in regards to this school within that period.

On 29 April 2019, we transferred one further part of your request to the
school under section 14(b)(i) of the Act, as it is more closely connected
to its functions:

 

During the period between 2008 and 2018 the school board of trustees
decisions it made about the school (grounds and buildings), finances, and
appointing staff.

 

As required by section 15(1) of the Act, this email advises you of our
decision to grant your request.

 

The information is being prepared for release in the coming days. We
intend to withhold some information under section 9(2)(ba)(ii) of the Act,
to protect information which is subject to an obligation of confidence,
and we also intend to summarise some information under section 16(1)(e) of
the Act.

Part of that request included minutes of the board of trustees meetings from 2008 to 2018. I was asked to obtain that information for you which I have done. It is in my possession in hard copy in a folder.
