Northland office bullying complaints

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
can you please provide me with all Reports, memos, letters, notes, advice and emails related to the complaints made by the Maintenance Contract Manager for Northland in 2015 against the Journey Manager for Northland in 2015 and the Asset Manager for Northland in 2015.
Also all other Reports, memos, letters, notes, advice and emails relating to any other bullying complaint laid in the Northland office from 2010-2016
If information needs to be withheld I would like to request that, where possible, excisions are made rather than withholding the full document. Please let me know if you wish me to clarify my request.

Dear Official Correspondence,
thank you for your reply to the above request.
it seems to me that you are trying to obfuscate the OIA process here as i have in my possession some emails about the above matters, provided by NZTA as evidence during a public hearing in the ERA.
Are you saying that these documents produced as evidence, don't actually exist or are fabricated?
I also have in my possession emails from a personal email, with many complaints lodged to NZTA senior employees about bullying between Northland staff.
I will complain to the Ombudsman about this and provide evidence of your untruths.

Official Information Act request.
We interpreted your request to cover other formal complaints related to
bullying, which were lodged with what is now the People Group, in 2015. No
other information was found within the scope of the request.
