Dear Department of Corrections,

 

If an inmate has an item (Jewelry) in the inmates possession, which then
is confiscated, due to it not being recorded on the inmates property list.
Therefore the inmate is charged. Is it then that the inmate is entitled to
send the item out to Family? What happens to the property item? At what
point can family pick up these type of items?
