Please supply the following information under the [Official Information Act (OIA) / Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA)]:

I request under the Official Information Act, any correspondence between Central Hawkes Bay District Council officials/Staff and Water holdings CHB directors including the Water holding CHB ltd, independent director.

This includes details of correspondence between the CHBDC Chief executive the Mayor and other council staff covering the period from the 30/06/2018 to the 31/05/2019.

Also any correspondence between the CHBDC and HBRC regarding the suspensory loan over the same time period.

If you need any more information from me, please let me know as soon as possible. I understand that a decision on a request for information under the [OIA/LGOIMA] should be made within 20 working days of receiving that request. If you do not normally deal with official information requests, or you need advice on dealing with this request, guidance is available from the Ombudsman at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz.
