I refer to your information request received 1 July 2019, which has been
referred to Legal Services for consideration in accordance with the
provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act
1987 (‘the LGOIMA’).

 

Information request

You requested the Far North District Council  (the ‘Council’) provide:  

“a breakdown of costs, and the total cost, of all capital and works
related costs at the Horeke Temporary Pound, since it began.”

 

Council response

Please find attached a spreadsheet containing information in relation to
the work related costs at the Horeke Temporary Pound.  In terms of capital
expenditure, the Council advises that the purchase price for the land at
Ngawha Settlement Road was $120.000.00 plus GST.
