"1. The yearly total number of people with gallstones that turned into
pancreatitis from the year 2009 until 2019.
2. The yearly total number of deaths caused from pancreatitis (originating
from gallstones) from 2009-2019."

As required under the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request no
later than 26 July 2019, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received.  

If we are unable to respond to your request within this time frame, we
will notify you of an extension of that time frame.
