I have been dealing with Gambling Act territorial consents since July 2013
when the new council gambling policy first came into effect. I have
attached the documents I have on consent requests for the Whau Ward.
The only request has related to the Avondale RSA. I do not know where
the records prior to that time might be held.
I am not aware of any “emails, memos or reports on discussions
regarding requests for information about Class 4 gambling licenses or
venue licenses in Whau ward for August 2019.”
