1) A list of all ACC registered/approved impairment assessors
2) A list of all suppliers/providers with contracts to provide cover assessments
3) A list of all suppliers/providers with contracts to treat for ACC
4) A list of all PA’s and MA’s who provide opinion/recommendation/review or reports and services etc for SCU/ISSC
5) From the EPM Performance Management Guidelines page 2:
• The relevant Supplier’s Contract
• ACC’s Procurement Policy
• ACC’s Provider Management Framework
• ACC’s Classification Tool for Providers, Suppliers and Third parties
6) If not covered above could you please provide all contracts used for providers, suppliers/vendors who provide ISSC services.
7) Standard Terms and Conditions, and Schedules for ACC ISSC providers, suppliers/vendors.

Sorry, i had read that ACC needed more time to meet my OIA request and that i would receive the particular information by 9 March 2020,
I missed the part about ACC wanting my email address, which i would prefer not to make public.

Good afternoon Paul
On 9 March 2020, we wrote to you with our decisions on your request, OIA
ref: GOV-003391, and a part release of information.
As we advised on 27 February, 5 March and in our letter, ACC does not
routinely release personal details on public websites and, as such, we
were not providing such details on the FYI website. We asked you to
provide your private email address so we could send you the remaining
information. We have not received this.
Therefore, we are closing your request in our system.
If you still want this information, please send us a new request that
includes your private email address and we will send the information to
you.
