Remuneration structure
James Wilder made this Official Information request to Invercargill City Council
The request was successful.
From: James Wilder
Dear Invercargill City Council,
Can you please provide the following information:
If you use a system of standard salary bands for full-time salaried staff:
1. What are those bands for the current year, including minimum, 100%, and maximum pay values, and the average amount actually paid?
2. What are the job titles (including team/business unit) in use for full-time salaried staff?
3. Which band or bands does each of those job titles fall into, and for each job title+band how many people fall into that combination?
If you are able to provide this information in Excel or other spreadsheet form that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
James
