Dear Radio New Zealand Limited,
I am seeking the following information:
Any qualitative research done to understand the benefits RNZ Concert provides to its listeners (particularly 65+ age bracket) e.g. spill-over benefits around wellbeing, education.
Any research done to understand when people opt to listen to radio vs music/news on medium (e.g. streaming, web, physical media).
Any research done to understand changes in listening habits through different life stages.
Yours faithfully,
MaryRose Painter

Good morning MaryRose
Your formal OIA request has been received by Radio New Zealand. Under the Broadcasting Act 1989, we have 20 working days in which to respond to you and I expect we will have our reply posted/emailed to your address within that time. If for some reason, such as leave commitments or sickness, we are unable to respond to you within 20 working days, there is a further provision for an extension of time and I will write to you again if it becomes necessary to extend the time taken.
Yours sincerely,
Maggie Hedge | Assistant Inquiries Coordinator
