I just need to clarify part of your request with you, where you are
seeking "waiting time", do you mean "time to disposal"?

Yes, I don't think that for the parties to reach a to the stage of a defended hearing is only considered as "disposal".
I want to determine how many months/years do the parties wait to get a defended hearing since they initially file their application.
