A large number of Ministry staff are currently working on issues relating
to the impact of COVID-19, which is putting pressure on business as usual

We advise that New Zealanders do not travel overseas at this time due to
the outbreak of COVID-19, associated health risks and travel restrictions.
Due to the difficulty travellers are experiencing returning home, we
encourage New Zealanders overseas to take steps to stay safely where they
