Pathways of Progression for Wahine Maori Employees
Tania Te Whenua made this Official Information request to Ministry for Women
The request was successful.
From: Tania Te Whenua
Dear Ministry for Women,
Which government departments have recruitment and progression processes that actively seek to articulate, identify and recognise the unique attributes and skill sets of wahine Maori that add value to the workplace?
What are those processes?
What are the demonstrable outcomes of those processes?
What are some of the identified unique attributes and skillsets of wahine Māori which are valued by government departments within the workplace?
How are those unique attributes and skillsets of Maori women recognised by government departments within the workplace?
Yours faithfully,
Tania Te Whenua
