Royal New Zealand Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Incorporated is an approved organisation for the purposes of this Act ( section 189 AW act)the Minister may at any time, by notice in the Gazette, impose, as conditions of the approval of the Royal New Zealand Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Incorporated as an approved organisation, conditions relating to the establishment by the organisation of performance standards and technical standards for inspectors and auxiliary officers.

Please provide a copy of any conditions which were set relating to the establishment by the organisation of performance standards and technical standards for inspectors and auxiliary officers.
And a copy of the relevant performance standards or technical standards. For the RNZSPCA and its member societies and branches Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,
Section 124(2) Animal welfare act
The Minister may from time to time, on the recommendation of an approved organisation, appoint any person to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act.
(3)These inspectors must be appointed either—
(i)for particular purposes of this Act specified in the inspector’s instrument of appointment, which may include the exercise of particular powers of inspectors under this Act or relate to a particular species; or
(ii)for the general purposes of this Act; and
(b)must be appointed either—
(i)for a particular district or part or parts of New Zealand; or
(ii)to act generally throughout New Zealand.
(10 )Every inspector appointed under subsection (1) or subsection (2) must, when performing his or her functions or duties under this Act or exercising his or her powers under this Act, use his or her best endeavours to comply with, and give effect to, the relevant performance standards or technical standards.
By way of OIA and relating to former inspectors Kevin Plowright and Greg Reid and current inspectors Lauri Davis , Andre Williams, Cody Taylor, Robert LLoyd , Sarah Davey, Tracy Phillips and Mike Loulanting
The date of appointment for all inspectors and cessation for any one other than Plowright
The relevant training which the inspector has had to qualify for the position
The purpose as set out in section 3(1) of their appointment
Which approved organisation, branch or member society they were employed by and if employment changed what date that employment changed
Which district they were appointed to
What their relevant performance standards or technical standards are and please provide a copy if these differ from our request above .
