Thank you for your email of 02 July 2020, made to the Minister for ACC, asking for the fol owing
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):
Can you please provide me with any information you have given or received regarding ACC's
investments and climate change.
I am after any advice/correspondence you have received from, or given to, the ACC and its Board;
and any advice/correspondence on the same topic between yourself and the Minister for Climate
Change (or his office).
Given I cannot see any obvious information on this topic from the ACC in recent years, I presume the
volume of correspondence/advice will be small - therefore please consider the scope to be for your
entire tenure as Minister for ACC.
Due to the recent transfer of the ACC portfolio to Minister Carmel Sepuloni, your request has been
transferred to ACC for response.

The documents in scope of your request are attached as Appendix 1.

Please note, the majority of the information has been released in full. Some of the information has been

that it does not outweigh the interest protected by withholding it.
