We acknowledge receipt of your official information request which we
received today, for the following;

 

               Can you please provide me with any information you have
given or received regarding ACC's investments and climate change.

 

I am after any advice/correspondence you have received from, or given to,
the ACC and its Board; and any advice/correspondence on the same topic
between yourself and the Minister for Climate Change (or his office).

 

Given I cannot see any obvious information on this topic from the ACC in
recent years, I presume the volume of correspondence/advice will be small
- therefore please consider the scope to be for your entire tenure as
Minister for ACC.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 20 working days after the day your request was
received.

 

If we are unable to respond to your request within the appropriate
timeframe, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.  If your
OIA request requires full or part transfer, we will contact you within the
