Dear Department of Conservation,
As DOC does not appear to have publicly-listed details for a privacy officer I am making this request via the OIA process.
On 2 March 2020 I emailed the OIA contact email of DOC with this email: "In approximately 2014/2015, as a DOC employee at that time, I was issued with a Departmental Lifetime Pass card when DG Al Morrison resigned. The card number wore off that card several years ago. Could you please advise the issued card number of this card by return email."
They responded, referring me to a dedicated lifetime pass email, with advice that I should get a response in 5 working days. I emailed that address on 3 March 2020, and got no reply. I re-emailed my request (following the Covid lockdown) on 8 June 2020, asking that my request for information be fulfilled by 30 June 2020, to which I also got no reply.
Could this very straightforward request now please be fulfilled in accordance with the requirements of the OIA.
Yours faithfully,
Simon Barr
