Thank you for OIA request. We will endeavour to respond to your request as
soon as possible and in any event no later than 15 February 2021, being 20
working days after the day your request was received by Kāinga Ora in

takes the following into account:
* Summer holidays (25 December to 15 January)
* Waitangi Day (6 February 2021)

Further to the email of 11 January 2021, Kāinga Ora is extending the
timeframe for making a decision on your Official Information Act 1982
(OIA) request, to 26 February 2021.
Internal consultations are required to make a decision on your request.
This extension is made in accordance with section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA:
consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a
proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.
We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible within this
timeframe. You have the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman about
the decision to extend the timeframe.
