Hope you’re well. This is an OIA request for Immigration New Zealand.
I request:
One: The number of Deportation Orders issued, per year from 2009 to 2020, under the grounds given in section D2.15.55 of the Operational Manual or otherwise section 163 of the Immigration Act 2009: “Deportation liability of persons threatening security.”
Two: The number of National Security Check forms processed in 2019, per the applicant’s home country.
For clarity, I am seeking a response in this format:
Home country ⠀⠀⠀# processed in 2019
Country A ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀x
Country B ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀y
And so on for every applicable country.
