was the average caseload for an Immigration Officer from August – December

Dear Anna McLachlan,
can we please have a slight correction in regards to point 1?, instead of present (Which would mean today i.e. 02/03/2021) to whenever you reply to this request (say you reply on 25th March, upto that time).
And please add another question to the list.
CO processing SMC application when working from home in Level-3, able to make decisions on the applications (like approve or decline)? if not, then what can they carry on the SMC applications while working from home in level-3.
Yours sincerely,
Satish
From: Anna McLachlan
Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
Good morning Satish
We can provide the most up to date data as possible for point 1, however it will not be up to the date that we send you the response as after the data is gathered, there are quality checks that take place before the response is signed and sent out.
I will add question 7: Are the Immigration Officers processing Skilled Migrant Category applications able to make decisions (approve/decline) when working remotely from home (due to COVID-19 Level 3 restrictions)? If not, what type of work can they undertake when working remotely from home?
Please be in touch if you have any concerns with the above.
