Graduate category - physiotherapy applicant statistics
Lana made this Official Information request to University of Otago
The request was successful.
From: Lana
Dear University of Otago,
Are you allowed to tell me some statistics about graduate applicants from the past two years (2020,2019)?
E.g. how many met the requirements of completing all HSFY papers and only applied for physiotherapy but weren't offered a place. And also, what number of applicants did not have physiotherapy as single preference?
Yours faithfully,
L

16 of those were Single Programme Preference (SPP) graduate applicants
8 of those SPP Graduate applicants met HSFY requirements but did not
receive an offer
2020 entry (You refer to 2019)
106 Graduate applicants in total
91 Graduate applicants in total met the HSFY paper requirements
20 of those were SPP graduate applicants
7 of those SPP Graduate applicants met HSFY requirements but did not
receive an offer
I trust that this information will be helpful.
Please feel free to contact me if you require any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Tanya Lyders
