In regard to the Covid vaccine "Cominarty":
Could you please let me know the specifics of claims that will be paid?
For example, if a person dies after receiving the vaccine. (Three people have already died).
How much compensation will be paid in respect of that person? If variable, what circumstances does that depend on?
You have stated (in the claims statistics) that some claims have been denied because of "ordinary consequence of the treatment".
What specifically do you consider an "ordinary consequence" of this particular vaccine?
Some people may experience what you consider an "ordinary consequence" but may be hospitalised, or otherwise severely affected, such that they may not be able to work. Will that invalidate their claim?

Well, clearly Dr Bloomfield wants to reassure the general public that the vaccine is safe. Whether these particular deaths can be attributed to the vaccine is unclear, but what is clear is that many thousands of deaths after vaccination around the world have occurred.

From what I've read and deduced from the information provided, proper compensation is unlikely to prove fruitful. Bad luck if you become damaged by this vaccine, or are unlucky enough to die as a result of it. The reason being that strenuous efforts will be made to argue that the damage or death is just coincidental and not caused by the vaccine.

For anyone who finds this request and may be alarmed by its mention that three people have died after having received this vaccine, here's some additional context that may be useful: https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zeal...
The deaths were reported to the CARM (Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring) database, which essentially records all potential side effects of medication regardless of likelihood that they were caused by the medication. Incidents reported here can then be investigated to determine whether they are likely to have been related to the medication, or if they were unrelated.
As noted in the article, two of the deaths have been investigated by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration, which found that "The current evidence does not suggest a likely association" between.
