Dear Rio Yoon
Thank you for your letter of 19 July.
The Minister may have misunderstood my request. It was not limited to advice from the Ministry for the Environment, but from any source. The only limitation was the date and that it be written advice. Would the minister please reconsider this request without the need to bother the overworked Office of the Ombudsman?
Many thanks.
Yours sincerely
Matthew
