Arthur JUILLARD made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Arthur JUILLARD to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Arthur JUILLARD
Dear Ministry of Health,
On 14 May 2021, TVNZ 1 News reported that some doctors have "signed an open letter that seemingly shares some misleading claims around Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccine." Stuff reported on June 20th that among the signatories are 33 medical doctors, 100 nurses and 187 members of allied health professions, 13 of whom are now under investigation by the Medical Council.
Please provide me with a copy of the open letter. Please provide me with all information about the letter, including the allegedly misleading claims around the Pfizer vaccine.
Given the public interest in the rollout of the vaccination programme, please treat this request with some urgency. Whether a proponent of vaccination or not, the freedom of information, even misinformation, is of the upmost importance for healthy public discourse and freedom from censorship, particularly of a letter from professionals intended to be open.
Thank you.
