From: Matthew Hooton
Dear Tayla
Thank you for your correspondence. My request was not for documents but for the date or dates on which the commission advised your minister, other ministers and/or other government agencies about the existence of the proposed film project which has developed into the “They Are Us” project. This includes verbal communications and is not restricted to documentary information. Please provide the information I have sought so as to avoid me the over-worked Office of the Ombudsman having to become involved.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely
Matthew Hooton
