How many requests have been made under the Adult Adoption Information Act 1985, broken down by type (e.g. original birth certificate, section 8, section 9) and year.

the Official Information Act 1982.
How many adoptions there had been in each of the last 10 years (2011-2020)
in New Zealand, broken down by type
How many requests have been made under the Adult Adoption Information Act
1985, broken down by type and year
We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible, and in any case,
no later than 16 August 2021, being 20 working days from our receipt of
your request on 19 July 2021, as provided for under the Act.
If we are unable to respond to your request with those 20 working days, we
will notify you of an extension to that timeframe.
