Dear OIA Requests,
Thank you for your response. I do find it extremely interesting that the Ministry of Health does not hold any information relating to the Group considering that according to the Strategic COVID-19 Public Health Advisory Group Terms of Reference the Group has been established by the Ministry of Health.
I look forward to receiving all requested information from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in due course.
Yours sincerely,
Mr T. Baker

From: Mr T. Baker
Dear Information [DPMC],
Your response does not answer my request, and makes a false assertion about what information I am after. I am after information from the "Modeling governance group". On 6th August I clarified that the "Modeling governance group" I was referring to was that referenced in the Strategic Covid-19 Public Health Advisory Group terms of reference:
[6 August] "I am referring to the Modelling Governance Group referred to in Section 7 (a) of the Strategic Covid-19 Public Health Advisory Group terms of reference:
https://covid19.govt.nz/assets/resources....
Specifically and for complete clarity, the SCPHAG terms of reference stated the group shall assure the modeling approach "...undertaken by the modelling Governance Group that has been established by the Ministry of Health."
Please answer this query as soon as possible. I note that it took over 3 weeks for the Ministry of Health to transfer my request to the DPMC, the maximum allowed 20 days for DPMC to inform me they were requesting a further delay, and then a further maximum of 20 days to now provide me with the completely incorrect information.
As you can appreciate, I find this situation completely unacceptable.
Yours sincerely,
Mr T. Baker
