WINZ Policy and rules regarding upon what grounds WINZ may decline to list a job for a New Zealand employer
G Wong made this Official Information request to Ministry of Social Development
The request was successful.
From: G Wong
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
I wish to request a copy of the WINZ operational policy or directives or any other relevant document/s which outlines the process that WINZ follows when first considering whether or not it will list a vacancy on behalf of a New Zealand employer/business within its job seeker database.
Furthermore, what are the particulars or circumstances of a New Zealand employer/business that WINZ may take into consideration in deciding whether a job/vacancy for that employer/business will be listed.
An example of a particular of a business might be a history of non-compliance with health and safety law.
I wish to have information regarding WINZ's decision making framework and process regarding the above.
Yours faithfully,
G. Wong
