I acknowledge that the Office of the Ombudsman is not subject to OIA. However please can you answer my below questions.

Your reference 550545

Why has the Ombudsman decided not to investigate the Ministry of Social Development for their failure to provide information about me when it relates to fraudulent and malicious, untruthful and harmful data that was added to my personal information?

Why has the Ombudsman not investigated the time delay to my request made on the 1st December 2020, which was responded to 5 months late on the 26th May 2021 that still has not answered the question?

This relates to a request to the Ministry of Social Development where a digital footprint of a client file was requested. It took the MSD 5 months to respond to the request for the information and yet the MSD did not answer the original question. A digital footprint was requested as an income figure was added to a financial assistance application, not added by the individual making the application.
