Thank you for your patience with regard to your request.

I have spoken with the team who are looking after the Shelly Bay situation from the Council's perspective, and I am able to advise you of the following -

The ground lease is still at the rafting stage, at present, and we are therefore unable to provide you with further information on this. This would currently be withheld under LGOIMA, section 7(2)(i) to enable the Council to undertake negotiations without prejudice or disadvantage.
I can however refer you to the Council meeting in which the key commercial terms were detailed -
