I feel for you after reading your request . It's what I have come to expect when dealing with this agency.
I'm on the last stage of my complaint that's going to the ombudsman.
It's been through the panel process and cyfs still couldn't get it right. Unfortunately I need to find energy n Time to go the next step .

Hi Leah,
I think this is not good enough. CYF muck people around all the time with Information Act requests and this is just another example of their unprofessional tardiness. I think a strategic approach needs to be employed in regards to Official Information Act requests to CYF.
