Dear Ministry of Health,
I have been advised that APHG, the saliva testing provider contracted by the Ministry of Health, has been ready to meet all the requirements of its contract, including deadlines, for the last several months, but that the Ministry of Health has been holding back the full intended implementation of the contract.
Under the OIA, please provide me with all communications from your Ministry to APHG on changes to implementation deadlines and performance requirements for the saliva testing roll out.
