Dear Ministry of Justice,

Could you please identify the registrar responsible for signing the final judgement of the Court of Appeal CA 193/03 dated 14 October 2003.

I'm concerned because the registrar permitted two separate legal entities to be represented contemporaneously by one solicitor and concealed a judgement altered by him for twelve years.
