Thank you for your email of 5 September 2021 requesting correspondence I 
have had with stakeholders regarding the use of GWP for Methane accounting. 
On 22 September you clarified the timeframe for your request – all 
correspondence since 2018.  
 
Given the timeframe requested (2018-2021), I will not be able to respond within 
the timeframe set out in the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) pursuant to 
section 15A(1)(B) as consultations necessary to make a decision on your 
request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the 
normal 20 working day time limit. 
 
I will reply to your request by no later than 15 November 2021, earlier if 
possible.
