Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
I would please like:
A list of all the New Zealand road fatalities over the last five years.
In this list I would like:
1) The type(s) of vehicles involved and the number of people killed.
2) The contributing factors to the crash.
3) Police reports.
4) Any recommendations made by any appropriate professionals to improve road safety in the area following the fatality.
5) The location of the crash.
6) The time of the crash.
I would also like the figure for the total revenue received by NZTA from learner, restricted and full driver licence tests for each year over the last five years.
