Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

My situation:
arrived Christchurch with student visa from China on 29/06/2018;
left New Zealand back to China on 03/07/2018 because of some family problems;
and then came back to New Zealand on 01/11/2018 with student visa, never leave New Zealand again since then.
I got my Work Visa-Post-study-Open on 04/08/2020, until to 04/08/2023.
The number of days I lived in New Zealand during 29/09/2018 to 29/09/21 is 1063 from 01/11/2018 to 29/09/2021 that is much more than 821 days required by INZ.
therefore, just wondering whether I am eligible for 2021 Resident Visa based on the records of my Movement History if I am not working at the moment. Thanks a lot.
