This is an OIA request for the following information in relation to "Heath Passport", "myNZVIDcard", and any other similar non-official COVID vaccine cards.
1. Any communication to and from the parties making or planning such cards
2. Any documents, emails, memos, etc related to such cards, either internal or to other government departments
I am a NZ citizen eligible to make OIA requests.

under section 18(f) of the Act as the information requested cannot be made
available without substantial collation or research.
