Dear Ministry of Health,
NZ has the benefit of seeing overseas trends prior to them occurring in New Zealand and so we should be able to assess responses/remedies that work in advance.
Can you please provide all information provided by WHO, other governments, agencies, countries that have shown that vaccines will reduce and stop the spread of the virus?
Can the Ministry of Health provide evidence of any highly vaccinated countries that have shown the virus to be under control? If not why not?
Anthony Fauci is on video stating that vaccines do not work as required - if at all. Can the Ministry of Health please provide real time evidence that vaccines are safe and effective? Please do not provide Pfizer data. I want a highly vaccinated country that has shown the spread to stop.
Given the now serious side effects of this mRNA vaccine can the Ministry of Health provide all reporting, data, information that they used to assess if this vaccine was safe. Specifically I want to know why mRNA vaccines were never approved before in humans due to it triggering auto immune issues, how did Medsafe/MOH determine that these vaccines do not trigger auto immune issues?
The USA is 80% vaccinated and has higher deaths and cases - why is that? Is there anybody competent at MOH that is assisting with this pandemic response?

Thank you for your email.
As you have been advised, while the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) allows New Zealanders to ask for information from Ministers and
government agencies, there is no requirement for agencies to create new
information, compile information they do not hold or provide or prove
an opinion. Your questions and the statements that support them appear
designed to engage in a debate about the Government’s COVID-19 vaccination
programme, rather than a request for official information. The Act does
not support requests where an opinion, comment, argument, or hypothetical
statement is put to the Ministry for response, couched as a request for
information. These questions are therefore refused under section 18(g) of
the Act on the grounds that the information sought is not held by the
Ministry.
However, the Ministry can advise the following:
Preliminary results from these studies have shown that two doses of the
Pfizer vaccine can substantially reduce transmission of the virus. For

However, more data is required to understand the extent of the effect that

Dear OIA Requests,
On receipt of a trove of Pfizer documents released by the FDA.
Please state if Pfizer provided the following document to Medsafe for their safety assessment.
5.3.6 CUMULATIVE ANALYSIS OF POST-AUTHORIZATION ADVERSE EVENT REPORTS OF PF-07302048 (BNT162B2) RECEIVED THROUGH 28-FEB-2021
If so, when did Medsafe receive this document. If not, why was this document not provided given the date. Now that Medsafe is aware of the document and the vaccine has caused death and 10 pages of other serious side effects can you honestly say proper due diligence was completed.

I note that 9 out of the 11 links in their response are not working. The two that did are general info and in no way specify actual studies or data. Their comment that their response is adequate flies in the face of acceptability. One should take from this that they can not provide any information that highly vaccinated countries have been successful. In fact there is emerging real world data that suggest that highly vaccinated countries have an increase in cases. Should this not alarm the Ministry of Health? It appears these crucial data studies continue to go unnoticed by them.

MOH is operating under instructions as directed by WHO, The Brighton Collaboration , private NGOs , private foundations and trusts, and the commercial contracts which remain denied viewing to the public.
Australian TGA has recommended 5 months between the additional doses and have on record stated that 'outbreaks' and 'clusters' are occuring within environments which only 'fully vaccinated' can attend.
At what point does the MOH, medsafe, MCNZ, RCGP and the governing body's and every one of employees and contractors delivering unsupported evidence absent policy and directives, become liable for participation in causing harms against the NZ population ?

Hey Chuck,
Just to say, keep going, although they choose to believe the untruths being shared, they can never say they did not know. I too have received the fob off responses that you have. I even tried to click on some of the links they shared and 'page not found'. No surprises.
