Informed Consent #13 - Post Vaccine Symptom Check
Annie Weston made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
The request was refused by Ministry of Health.
From: Annie Weston
Dear Ministry of Health,
https://www.medsafe.govt.nz/COVID-19/act...
“The Post Vaccine Symptom Check was paused on 5 November 2021 in order to allow for a review of the survey design and the data received to date. This review will ensure the survey can continue to support the roll-out of the vaccine into the future. Thank you to everyone who has participated so far. The Post Vaccine Symptom Check will resume in early December 2021.”
My questions please:
1) Will the Post Vaccine Symptom Check contain the data from November or was this not collected for some reason. I am particularly interested in viewing the vaccine deaths and injuries that occurred after the “Super Saturday” event on 16 October 2021.
2) The full side effects that are listed and linked on the webpage still don’t list death. When will you update this please?
3) The results from the survey are likely to be displayed in October 2021 according to the webpage which was revised on 17 November 2021. When will they actually be available to view please?
Yours faithfully,
Annie Weston
