Dear Ministry of Health,
Up to and including 20 November 2021, a total of 117 deaths were reported to CARM after the administration of the Comirnaty vaccine. Following medical assessments by CARM and Medsafe it has been determined that:
51 of these deaths are unlikely related to the COVID-19 vaccine
54 deaths could not be assessed due to insufficient information
11 cases are still under investigation.
Please provide the salaries of all of the safety board and what the cost to the taxpayer is. Given this board are unable to assess the deaths due to insufficient information can you please provide the 54 deaths and what the causes were ie Cardiac arrest, septic shock, haemmorage etc. On receipt of this list I will look to complete this work for the board at no cost.

Dear OIA Requests,
So there is one report of a side effect from Goree Beauty and this product is removed from circulation?
There has been one confirmed death from Pfizer (with hundreds more questionable) and 179,000 reports of side effects from the experimental gene therapy yet this is still being pushed for kids. You people are unbelievable.
Yours sincerely,
Chuck Schooner

Dear Ministry of Health,
So just a follow up on this there was one confirmed report of poisoning and one other Medsafe are aware of so “Two” in total.
So what is the criteria for a product to be removed?
Please provide all the reporting/documents that linked this product to being removed and the associated recommendation by Medsafe.
I want to see the process that Medsafe went through and the evidence used to justify stopping this product being used.
Did the person die?
If not there was one person in total that had a reaction?
What is the criteria for a medicine to stop being prescribed?
- one death?
- heart conditions?
- two deaths?
- one reaction as per Goree product being removed
- Bells Palsy?
- 13 year olds death being investigated? Would that warrant a roll out being stopped?
- miscarriages?
- auto immune disorders?
What criteria needs to be met for a product to be removed? Please provide the Goree reporting so I can understand the criteria.
Yours faithfully,
Chuck Schooner

There is criteria to meet a threshold or standard which Mr Schooner requested. One product met certain criteria and another product did not. The differing criteria is not an opinion either. Kindly answer the question.
