NZDF holds land at the tip of the Miramar Peninsula (Watts Peninsula Defence land owned by the Crown and held by NZ Defence Force (76.38 hectares).
Would you please advise who is grazing that land, what the terms & conditions of that grazing are, and the number of cows on that land.

Toitû Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand has received an Official
Information Act request for all letters, including all requests under the
Official Information Act, received concerning:
o the site of the former Mount Crawford Prison; and
o the proposed reserve at Miramar Peninsula (or Watts Peninsula)
between 1 September 2021 and 31 January 2022.
We are interpreting “letters” in its wider sense to include emails
received requesting information.
The attached documentation falls within scope of the request.
We are proposing to release the documentation in full. If you are of a
contrary view please write to me by midday on 25^th February 2022
detailing the information that should be withheld and setting out the
provisions of the Official Information Act under which the information
should be withheld and the specific reasons for such withholding.
