Kia ora Peter,
The Pfizer Vaccine is mRNA coated with a lipid layer, this is to stabilize
the mRNA inside so it does not denature in the manufacturing and storage
process. It is these lipids that are sometimes referred to
as [1]nanoparticles. There's are not harmful as they are essentially
bubbles of fats not dissimilar to food, these are used to deliver the mRNA

extensively fact-checked by international media and found to be false
