I refer to your official information request dated 9 February 2022 for
details of the name change of Westpark marina/ Hobsonville marina.
Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you requested. Hobsonville
marina (previously) Westpark Marina is privately owned and the name was
changed approximately 7 years ago. Auckland Council approved the name
change when the new owners took over.

I am therefore refusing your request under section 17(g) of the LGOIMA act
because the information is not held.
