Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) on 10 February 2022 for
“copies of any and all advice received by the government regarding how
public perception and concerns about potential or actual

injuries and deaths can or should be managed.” On 24 February 2022, you
were asked to clarify your request in order to assist the Ministry in

Guidance notes that requests which lack due particularity will not be
valid and the requirements of the Act will not apply.
As a response has not been received from you to date, unfortunately the
Ministry is unable to proceed with your request; however, please note the
Ministry remains willing to engage with you on a clarified scope for your
request. To assist with any further requests, you may be interested to

Dear OIA Requests,
Your message of 24 February 2022 asked "Are you able to please clarify to what you mean?"
Although I feel the original question is simple enough that it should not require clarification, I will attempt to do so. I asked for copies of any and all advice received by the government regarding how public perception and concerns about potential or actual SARS-Cov-2/COVID-19 "vaccine" related side effects, adverse reactions, injuries and deaths can or should be managed.
I request copies of any and all advice received by the government regarding how it can manage public perceptions and concerns about the SARS-CoV-2 "vaccine" (as described above).
Yours sincerely,
Peter Russell
